During my PR career, I have worked for Penguin Books UK, Midas Public Relations and Random House NZ. In these roles, I have promoted the work of such great talent, including Sam Hunt, Diane Foreman, Dame Fiona Kidman, Kate Atkinson and Richard Dawkins.

Since establishing Thornton Communications, I have worked with all the major publishers, high-profile organisations, celebrities and self-published authors. Among my current clients are: Massey University Press, Potton & Burton, Mary Egan Publishing, Bateman Books, Whitcoulls, Matakana Coastal Trail Trust, and Sigmoid Curve Consulting.
